Inspiration
Obit For Sunshade is another NEIPA in the style of the last version of this series called Half of Life. The clean version of the beer was so good and about as close as I've come to making a solid NEIPA that I thought I should revisit it and make some small adjustments. The most notable difference in this on is that I'll be using around 50% bottled water that is nearly RO to try and get closer to the profile that I'd like to have in the beer. Curious to see how that ends up. Otherwise, the recipe and hops are based on what I have on hand now.
