Inspiration
Brewed on an incredibly windy day in the Netherlands, where a code red warning was issued for the country. A brew envisioned and made with Jacob. We made the base from Deya's porter and made some adjustments based on availability. We will be also splitting the batch into a lager, ale, ale with cold brew coffee and ale with espresso.

Notes
Brewed 18/02/2022
Primary Fermentation @ 19C (13L) for Ale and @ 15C for Lager (4L)
25/02/2022: Move lager to fridge 8C
03/03/2022: Cold crash ale and lager to 7C
11/03/2022: Bottling clean version (1 gram)
18/03/2022: Add espresso shot to coffee portion
27/03/2022 Bottle espresso (1.3 grams)
06/06/2022: Coffee version tasting a little astringent/bitter/rough at the moment, but this may age out. The Ale portion tastes quite nice, but I wish it had more of a creamy mouthfeel, and the lager version ended up turning out (somehow) the best of the bunch. The lager portion is smooth, creamy, light and is layered with malt flavour.
