Inspiration
This recipe was so tasty that I decided to re-brew it with very minor changes. It was originally made with my brewing buddy (together the Backalley Brewers) and can found here. The original recipe was a near clone of Four Wind's Juxtapose (and even got a shout out on their twitter). The only changes in this version are a slight enhancement of the initial water profile and the use of Amarillo instead of Nelson Sauvin. Nothing against Nelson Sauvin, I just happened to have Amarillo on hand. Can't wait for this one to be ready - tasting notes to come.
The name for this beer came from my trip into Sicamous to visit D'Dutchmen Dairy. Man do they do good work. I may need to try making cheese or ice cream with their milk in the near future. It's that good.

Cold crashed on July 11th

Tasted July 25th. Delicious as always. As a side note, I brewed this again with the Backalley Brewers and used 1332 in addition to the 644. I actually prefer the blended version.
